"Results were spot on"
My snap judgment after checking my race time was that this worked really well. My finish time matched my watch almost exactly, and the splits loaded quickly too. I had no trouble finding my result, so i was happy with it.

"Pretty smooth packet pickup"
Did packet pickup for the Philly Marathon and it went smoothly, the line was a little long when I showed up but it kept moving and the volunteers were really nice so it didn’t feel too bad. The signs inside the expo could’ve been clearer because I definitely wandered around for a minute trying to figure out where I was supposed to go, but once I found the right spot I got my bib, shirt, and bag without any real problems. Not perfect, but for such a big race it was actually organized.

I was surprised by how close the miles were to my watch. Compared to other apps I've tried, this one matched up almost exactly, which definitely gave me more confidence in the tracking.

"Had a really great time at…"
Had a really great time at the Philadelphia Marathon. the volunteers made the day so much easier. Kept pointing people in the right direction and never made it awkward to ask simple questions. At the water stations and bag check, everyone was quick, friendly, and somehow still patient with all the runners everywhere. Made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. Really appreciate them

"Quick help, honestly decent"
Support got back to me really fast, which was great. They answered my question and fixed the issue without much hassle. I was kind of annoyed at first, but then it was handled so smoothly that I couldn’t really complain. Happy with it overall.

"Snacks ran out, but the volunteers were great"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, and at first I was a little disappointed because the snacks ran out quickly. Maybe I just got there at the wrong time, but it was still kind of a bummer. That said, the volunteers were really helpful and did their best to keep things moving, so overall it still turned out okay.

"Better Swag Than I Expected"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t really expecting much from the Philadelphia Marathon swag, but it ended up being solid. The medal has a nice weight to it and actually looks really good, not like some cheap throwaway thing. The shirt was better quality than I figured it would be too, and I’ll probably wear it again. Pickup was easy, and everything in the bag felt like it had some value. I hate to say it, but my favorite part was definitely the medal design. Overall, impressed

"Great Start Line Experience"
I ran the Philly Marathon the start line setup was much better than I expected. The signs were easy to follow, the corrals were simple to find, and the volunteers actually seemed to know what they were doing, which helped a lot. It was definitely crowded, but everything kept moving smoothly and it didn’t feel as chaotic as I thought it might. Overall, I was really happy with how organized it was and it made for a solid start to the race.

I found the race info and registration quickly, and everything loaded fine on my phone. The menus were simple and there weren’t a bunch of extra steps, which I appreciated. That said, after I paid, I felt a little uneasy because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening next or if everything was confirmed properly.

"Such a Run"
I loved running along the river and past all the historic spots. The views were so good that they kept me going even when my legs were completely tired. It’s not just me, right? A nice route makes such a big difference.

"Pretty smooth signup overall..."
I signed up for the Philadelphia Marathon through the website, it was easy overall. The steps were clear enough, and I got my confirmation email right away, which was nice... no waiting around wondering if it went through. A couple of pages did feel a little slow, and I had to double-check the add-ons before I paid, just to make sure I wasn’t selecting anything extra by accident. Not a huge deal... it just added a few extra minutes. Still, it was a good experience overall.

"Easy to find everything, but communication could be better"
Finding everything was easy because the signs were super clear, so that part was great. The only annoying thing was that some of the communication around what to do or where to go wasn’t very clear, which made the experience feel more confusing than it needed to be.

"I went to the Philly Marathon expo…"
I went to the Philly Marathon expo to pick up my bib, and overall it was fine, but definitely had that “works when it wants to” vibe. The website had the basic info I needed, but I still felt a little confused at first about exactly where I was supposed to go. Once I got inside, it was crowded and the lines moved slower than I expected. The staff were nice, but they seemed rushed and busy, so it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I got what I needed in the end, but it could definitely be organized better.

"Helpful, but a little scattered"
The site had most of the marathon info I was looking for, but a few things felt spread out in different places. I had to click around more than I expected to find details about timing, packet pickup, and race day logistics. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did feel like a preventable hassle if everything was organized a bit more clearly

"Really Fun Route!!!"
I had a great time on this route!!! It was fun, easy to enjoy, and the hills added just the right bit of challenge without being too much!!! Definitely a nice ride overall!!!

"Great Aid Stations at the Philly Marathon"
I ran the Philly Marathon the aid stations were great. There was plenty of water and Gatorade, and the volunteers were really on it, even when things got crowded. I didn’t feel like I had to slow down much or fight my way in just to grab a cup. It’s a small thing, but it made the race feel way less stressful. Definitely 5 stars from me.
